TECO Chemicals Participates in the Mariners-ATPI Go Green Golf Classic 202305/15/2023

TECO Chemicals was proud to participate in the Mariners-ATPI Go Green Golf Classic 2023 held at the Singapore Island Country Club on 12 May 2023 for an enjoyable afternoon of golfing prowess. This annual event is organized by the Mariners Cricket Club Singapore and supported by ATPI and the Singapore Shipping Association. It brings together avid golfers from the maritime industry in Singapore for an event that signifies the community’s commitment to accelerate the implementation of sustainable practices in shipping and inspire the pursuit of decarbonization.

Represented by Managing Partner, Mr Gaurav Saini for the second year running, this edition saw TECO Chemicals championing the event as a Gold Sponsor supported also by sister organization TECO 2030 of Norway. Both organizations contributed keepsake tokens including branded sports caps and golf balls for all participants. With 36 flights and more than 100 players in attendance, the event showcased countless moments of camaraderie amongst the community, bouts of friendly competition on the green as well as some thrilling moments of action and skill. With the tee-off dedicated to going plastic-free for a greener tomorrow, conversations were sparked amongst like-minded industry leaders, looking towards a more sustainable future and pledging to adopt more environmentally friendly initiatives.
