MarClean Green
Characteristics & Applications: Effective cleaning agent for removal of luboils, gasoil, hydrocarbon products/chemicals, vegetable oils, phthalates, paraffines and odour-intensive chemicals.

Neutral high cleaning concentrate
Free of solvents
No dangerous good in regulation of transport ( land, sea and air )
Waste water Information: Contains biodegradable surface active agents, complexing agents and additives (biodegradable > 90 %)

Application for use:
- Suitable in freshwater and seawater.
- Suitable for re-circulation cleaning and injection into the butter-worth system.
- Cleaning temperature : 10 - 60° C
- Concentration in water : 0.2 to 0.4 %

Direction for use:
Tank Cleaning: MarClean Green can be used in re-circulation or direct injection methods. MarClean Green is  highly concentrated. For manual cleaning, MarClean Green can be diluted up to 30 parts of water, depending on the degree of contamination.

It is recommended to pre-wash tank with hot water at about 40°C to 60°C before applying MarClean Green  Transfer a 0.2 – 0.4% concentration solution of MarClean Green into the tank to be cleaned. Allow circulation through a pumping system for a period of 2-5 hours.

MarClean Green is applied to the pre-wash system by spraying the tank surfaces thoroughly. Allow the solution to penetrate and react for about 30 minutes. Then rinse all tank surfaces thoroughly with hot water at about 60°C. The dosage required for spray method is 4 litre of MarClean Green to 1000 litres of washing water.
